Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect everyone's time, we kindly ask:
48-Hour Notice
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% service fee. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be modified or rescheduled to accommodate the next guest.
